A ‘Flooding Information and Support’ Facebook group has been set up by YUSU President Ben Leatham in collaboration with the University.
The group will provide updates on information about the flooding, support available for students, and volunteering opportunities related to the flooding in York.
A post from the University on the group also states that an email will be sent out with information regarding concern that January exams will be affected.
This follows YUSU looking into the possibility of mitigating circumstances applying to those affected by the floods.
