A 19 year old student has been found dead in his room at the University of York.
North Yorkshire police were called to campus at 9:15pm on Wednesday 12 February 2014 and the man was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Police are not treating the death as suspicious and no-one else is being sought in connection with the incident.
The student’s next of kin have been informed but the formal identification process has not been completed.
