What: Decadent gluts of thai food, amazing Sunday Roasts and of course their famous cocktails

Price: Quite pricey but you get a lot for your money
You’d normally come here for their legendary cocktails- it’s apparently Jonny Depp’s favourite pub- but don’t disregard their fantastic Thai inspired menu.
They have a ridiculous amount of items on the menu, and everything is fresh and delicious, and although it is probably mid-range in price, you get a lot for your money. What makes Evil Eye so special is its ambience though.
It’s always buzzing, they always have fantastic music playing (me and my friends have tried in vain to find their Spotify playlist) and the inside decor is amazing. Our sometime illustrator Ali Amer painted a mural on the wall in the smoking area too.
It’s just a place you have to see to believe, upstairs they have these massive beds you can curl up on with a cocktail or a milkshake and it’s dark, mysterious and feels like anything could be going on in the nooks and crannies of the amazing place.
Don’t forget to try their non alcoholic drinks too. I’ve started a night out there before with one of their cocktails and come back for a plate of sweet potato fries and a milkshake in the morning to assuage the damage I did to my vital organs in Willow.
