As it’s coming to that time of year, what better way to get warm than with some festive winter warmers. Great for cozying in your freezing student houses, here are some great ideas to keep your insides warm!

1 bottle red wine
60g/2oz demerara sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1 orange, halved
1 dried bay leaf
And warm on the stove, to get that perfect festive taste!
On the other hand you can buy a bottle pre-made from Sainsburys or Co op, for about 3.50 per bottle!
Baileys Hot Chocolate
For when you want to splash out for chocolate and alcohol goodness, mix together:
50cl Baileys (has to be first)
Hot Chocolate power and milk
Whipped Cream on top!
Spiced Pumpkin Latte
We’ve all heard of the famous Starbucks creation, however doing it at home can be just as easy!
Mix the milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla essence in a bowl, cover the bowl with cling film and pop a small hole.
Microwave until the milk is hot, 1 to 2 minutes.
Then whisk the mixture until foamy.
Pour the coffee in to the bottom of a mug then mix the pumpkin mixture in.
Top with whipped cream.
As easy as Pumpkin Pie! Or just go to Starbucks……
