I feel this man's pain.... on that note why does the NUS support Endsliegh they seem the most obstreperous insurer when it comes to making a claim. My phone took 6 months to get back and im still fighting for my laptop a year on. Hope Endsliegh don't invalidate your claim on the grounds that "not campaigning harder for 24 hour portering is the kind of negligence we cannot be liable for" This happened to me and my £2k laptop, Endsleigh, my insurer have yet to pay out.
