Emergency services were called to the scene of a collision on Green Dykes Lane today at 7pm. An air ambulance landed on the grounds of The Retreat nearby. York Vision is unsure of the exact circumstances surrounding the event however, eyewitnesses saw a car and a bicycle at the bottom of the road. Police at the scene have said the road will be cordoned off for at least the next two
hours.
